i have slept most of this week again. i did read neuro-linguistic programming for dummies (a type of therapy). i was very unimpressed. it relied a lot on visualisation and although i day dream a lot i can’t visualise to order.

i got some information from depression alliance on setting up a support group and i have decided i can’t do it. i had envisaged just finding a venue and notifying people of where and when meetings would take place but it would require me to take much more of a leadership role and i would get very stressed by that.

i am reading ‘the bay at midnight’ by diane chamberlain and slowly getting xmas presents sorted.

what do you think of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)?
